FOR THE PURCHASE OF PHASE II OF THE TRES PISTOLAS OPEN SPACE AREA
IN THE SANDIA MOUNTAIN AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                              to the local government division of the department
               of finance and administration:

                              eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to match
               five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000)
               from the city of Albuquerque for the purchase of
               phase II of the tres pistolas open space area in
<center>- 1 -</center>

               the sandia mountain area of Bernalillo county.
