FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($135,000) to
          renovate and add to the Willard municipal
          administration building and maintenance shop in
          Torrance county; and

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for
          street and road improvements in Willard in Torrance
          county.
