FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING OR CONSTRUCTING A COMMUNITY BUILDING AND CHAPTER
HOUSE AT THE SAN JUAN CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

                    eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to plan, design or construct a
          community building and chapter house at the San Juan chapter in San Juan
          county.
