FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    one million dollars ($1,000,000) to improve the road and install curbs and
          gutters at the university of New Mexico in Gallup in McKinley county.
