FOR A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN CRYSTAL IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct a multipurpose
          building in Crystal in San Juan county.
