FOR CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING FOR USE AS AN ADVANCED SCIENCE CLASSROOM IN
ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    two million dollars ($2,000,000) to continue construction of a building to be
          used for advanced science classrooms on the campus of an educational institution
          in Albuquerque that provides post-secondary education to members of native
          American tribes nationwide.
