TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A MULTIPURPOSE COMMUNITY CENTER IN RADIUM
SPRINGS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a
          multipurpose community center in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county.
