TO IMPROVE VALLE DEL SOL ROAD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, develop, pave and make
          related improvements to the unfinished portion of Valle del Sol road on the west
          side of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
