FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE TOWN OF BERNALILLO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for construction of a
multipurpose community center in the town of Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

          B.  sixty-three thousand dollars ($63,000) for renovation at the New Mexico wine
center in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
