FOR PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE PLACITAS OPEN SPACE IN SANDOVAL
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to preserve and protect the Placitas open space,
          including planning, fencing and increasing public access, in Sandoval county.
