FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE HOGBACK HEAD START PROGRAM IN SAN JUAN
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  forty-two thousand dollars ($42,000) to purchase a bus for the head start
program in Hogback in San Juan county; and

          B.  eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install fencing for the
Hogback head start facility in San Juan county.
