FOR AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESCUE VEHICLE FOR DUNGAN VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to purchase an emergency medical rescue
          vehicle for the Dungan volunteer fire department in the city of Alamogordo in
          Otero county.
