FOR LAGOON IMPROVEMENTS IN NAVAJO IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to complete a feasibility study and
          plan, design and implement improvements to a sewage lagoon in the community
          of Navajo located in McKinley county.
