FOR ROAD PROJECTS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
          A.  six hundred ninety-four thousand eight hundred twenty dollars ($694,820) to
improve Rico street as access to the new Gallup-McKinley high school in McKinley county;

          B.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to complete feasibility and corridor
studies for Nizohoni boulevard in McKinley county;

          C.  six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to complete feasibility and corridor

studies and begin construction of the Hassler valley access road in McKinley county;

          D.  two hundred seventy-eight thousand dollars ($278,000) to improve Sundance
road, McKinley county road 16 in McKinley county; and

          E.  three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to improve Coolidge road,
McKinley county road 27 to McKinley county road 61 in McKinley county.
