FOR A SCIENCE BUILDING AT THE GALLUP BRANCH OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO
IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico:
          
                    two million six hundred sixty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,662,500) for
          the planning, constructing and equipping of a science building at the Gallup
          branch of the university of New Mexico in McKinley county.
