SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 117 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR MANCOS CREEK POWERLINE EXTENSIONS AT THE SHIPROCK CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: six hundred sixty thousand dollars ($660,000) to construct powerline extensions in the Mancos Creek community of the Shiprock chapter in San Juan county.
