FOR A VETERANS MEMORIAL COMPLEX IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct a
          veterans memorial complex in Shiprock in San Juan county.
