FOR A SPORTS COMPLEX IN SHEEP SPRINGS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a
          sports complex in Sheep Springs in San Juan county.
