SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 134 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY CARROLL H. LEAVELL FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SANTA CATARINA CEMETERY IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to install a water sprinkler system and to make other landscaping improvements to the Catarina cemetery in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
