FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PECOS MIDDLE AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN SAN MIGUEL
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
                    
                    one hundred ninety thousand five hundred dollars ($190,500) to make drainage
          improvements and to complete computer technology improvements to the Pecos
          middle and elementary schools in San Miguel county.
