FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE DONA ANA BRANCH OF NEW MEXICO STATE
UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of New Mexico state university:
          
                    two million two hundred ninety-three thousand dollars ($2,293,000) for phase
          two construction of the health and public services building to provide
          laboratories, classrooms and departmental offices at the Dona Ana branch of New
          Mexico state university in Dona Ana county.
