TO RENOVATE CLASSROOMS AND A GYMNASIUM AT THE COURT YOUTH CENTER IN LAS
CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    six hundred seventy-nine thousand dollars ($679,000) for renovating four
          classrooms and a gymnasium at the Court youth center located in Las Cruces in
          Dona Ana county.
