SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 152 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR A POTATO PROCESSING PLANT AT THE NAVAJO AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS INDUSTRIES IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan and design a potato processing plant to be located at the Navajo agricultural products industries in San Juan county.
