FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB AND COMMUNITY CENTER IN
SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($215,000) for improvements to the boys'
          and girls' club and community center in Shiprock in San Juan county.
