FOR ACQUIRING LAND, PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A
MEDICAL FACILITY IN EL RITO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of health:
          
                    one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to acquire land, plan,
          design, construct and equip a medical facility in El Rito in Rio Arriba county.
