FOR BASE COURSE AND ASPHALT ON COUNTY ROADS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one hundred twenty-four thousand four hundred dollars ($124,400) to place
          base course and asphalt on county roads 270, 271 and 273 in Las Tablas, county
          roads 274 and 284 in Petaca and county roads 250, 251 and 257 in Vallecitos in
          Rio Arriba county.
