FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN JEMEZ SPRINGS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  thirty-eight thousand dollars ($38,000) to purchase, design, complete
construction on and equip the Jemez Springs library in Sandoval county;

          B.  three hundred forty-four thousand dollars ($344,000) to design, construct,
furnish and equip a remodeling of and addition to the fire station in Jemez Springs in Sandoval
county; and

          C.  three hundred seventy-one thousand dollars ($371,000) to design, construct,
furnish and equip a police and court complex in Jemez Springs in Sandoval county; and

                    to the department of environment:
     
                    one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) to design, construct and
          equip repairs to or replace the existing sewer system for Jemez Springs in
          Sandoval county.
