FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE AGUA SANA COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, construct and inspect the
          Agua Sana community water system in Rio Arriba county.
