SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 201 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN ARTHUR SMITH FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE DEMING SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER IN LUNA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the state agency on aging: A. six hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($625,000) to expand and improve the Deming senior citizen center building and parking lot in Luna county; B. three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to construct an adult daycare and multipurpose room for the Deming senior citizen center in Deming in Luna county; and C. one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) to construct an activity - 1 - room for the Deming senior citizen center in Luna county.
