FOR A SOLID STATE SYSTEM IN GALLINA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to acquire and install a solid state system for
          Gallina in Rio Arriba county.
