FOR PARADISE HILLS BASEBALL FIELDS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct and improve baseball
          fields in Paradise Hills in Bernalillo county.
