TO CLEAN UP ILLEGAL LANDFILL SITES ON STATE LAND IN LUNA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to clean up illegal landfill sites on state land
          in Luna county.
