SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 239 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DON KIDD FOR A TECHNOLOGY CENTER AT LOVING HIGH SCHOOL IN EDDY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to equip and furnish a technology center for Loving high school in Eddy county.
