FOR A MESA VISTA CONSOLIDATED SCHOOLS GYMNASIUM IN TAOS AND RIO ARRIBA
COUNTIES.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
     
                    four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to construct, equip and
          furnish a gymnasium for the Mesa Vista consolidated schools in Taos and Rio
          Arriba counties.
