FOR REPAIRS AND RENOVATION OF THE BASKETBALL ARENA AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW
MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to repair and renovate the roof of the
          basketball arena at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
          county.
