SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 247 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR THE SHIPROCK COMMUNITY STREETLIGHT SYSTEM IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: two hundred twenty-one thousand dollars ($221,000) to complete phase four of the Shiprock community streetlight project in San Juan county.
