FOR A PORT-OF-ENTRY FACILITY NEAR THE BORDER CROSSING FACILITY NEAR SANTA
TERESA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) is appropriated from the state road
          fund to the property control division of the general services department to
          acquire land, purchase a modular office building and equip a port-of-entry facility
          near the border crossing facility near Santa Teresa in Dona Ana county.
