SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 255 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY GLORIA HOWES FOR A STATE POLICE OFFICE IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the capital program fund: two million dollars ($2,000,000) to purchase land, plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a state police office in Gallup located in McKinley county.
