FOR ACOMA PUEBLO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico Office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to renovate and expand the Sky City
tourist visitors center in Cibola county; provided that this appropriation is contingent upon
Acoma pueblo contributing one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in money or in-kind
contributions toward planning and development from sources other than the state;

          B.  three million dollars ($3,000,000) to construct a community library facility at
Acoma pueblo in Cibola county;

          C.  one million seven hundred thousand dollars ($1,700,000) to construct a
judicial complex at Acoma pueblo in Cibola county;

          D.  one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to construct an
archives and records facility at Acoma pueblo in Cibola county; and

          E.  two hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($295,000) to construct a
swimming pool and youth center at Acoma pueblo in Cibola county.
