SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 267 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY CARLOS R. CISNEROS FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TAOS CAMPUS. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico: one million one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($1,125,000) to design, construct and equip phase two buildings at the Taos campus of the university of New Mexico in Taos county.
