SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 272 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY WILLIAM H. PAYNE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 20 IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for field improvements at the Roadrunner little league baseball fields in Bernalillo county; B. three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for design and development of a paved trail, trail connections, landscaping, irrigation and associated improvements at the Casa Grande Linear park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

C. ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) for additional center improvements at the Jeanne Bellamah shelter center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and D. seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the design of the neighborhood center at the Montgomery/Tramway center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; to the state department of public education: A. fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for track improvements at Manzano high school in Bernalillo county; B. eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for educational technology at Manzano high school in Bernalillo county; C. thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for educational technology at Jackson middle school in Bernalillo county; D. thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for educational technology at Chelwood elementary school in Bernalillo county; E. thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for educational technology at Collet Park elementary school in Bernalillo county;

F. thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for educational technology at McCollum elementary school in Bernalillo county; G. thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for educational technology at John Baker elementary school in Bernalillo county; H. thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for educational technology at Onate elementary school in Bernalillo county; I. thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for educational technology at S.Y. Jackson elementary school in Bernalillo county; J. one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for track improvements at Eldorado high school in Bernalillo county; and K. three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for educational technology at Eldorado high school in Bernalillo county; to the state highway and transportation department: four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for street improvements on Morris between Lomas and Candelaria in Bernalillo county; and to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico:
