FOR A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER AT THE CRYSTAL CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to begin
          phase two construction of the Crystal chapter
          multipurpose center in San Juan county.
