FOR AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLE FOR THE NORTHEAST TORRANCE COUNTY
VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    ninety-three thousand dollars ($93,000) to purchase and equip an emergency
          response vehicle for the northeast Torrance county volunteer fire department.
