SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 291 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY CYNTHIA NAVA FOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) to remodel restrooms and the concession building and replace bleachers at Mesquite ballpark in Dona Ana county; B. eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) to purchase and install playground equipment at Mesquite park in Dona Ana county; C. thirty-four thousand dollars ($34,000) to replace the light system at La Union - 1 - ballpark in Dona Ana county; and D. fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) for purchase and installation of additional bleachers, moving a fence and construction of a new fence at Chaparral ballpark in Dona Ana county.
