SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 296 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY STUART INGLE FOR ROOSEVELT COUNTY IMPROVEMENTS. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to improve N avenue in Roosevelt county; and to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to - 1 - purchase a pumper truck for the Portales fire department in Roosevelt county; B. twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase recreational equipment for Los Abuelitos senior center in Portales in Roosevelt county; and C. three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to expand the Roosevelt county clinic complex.
