FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
          purchase and install a traffic signal at the
          intersection of highway 28 and University boulevard in
          Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
