FOR THE TAOS LAW ADMINISTRATION COMPLEX IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) to
          design, construct, equip and furnish the Taos law
          administration complex in Taos county.
