FOR A SWIMMING POOL AT PHIL CHACON PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct a
          swimming pool for the Trumbull neighborhood at Phil Chacon
          park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
