FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HIGH SCHOOL GYM IN ALAMOGORDO IN
OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    three hundred forty-eight thousand dollars ($348,000)
          for repairs and modifications to the Alamogordo high
          school gym in Alamogordo in Otero county.
