FOR AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN RED WILLOW FARMS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to
          plan, design or construct an irrigation project in the
          Red Willow Farms area of McKinley county.
